    The staff was super-friendly and exceptionally nice, providing an excellent service. The hotel was in a favourable location just next door to Vestal, NY, restaurants and shopping, and downtown Binghamton. It was close to Blaze Pizza, where you can have dinner.

    The location was convenient, close to

    Binghamton University and various eateries. The beds in our suite were quite comfy, but the Wi-Fi was annoyingly slow. The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom area. Still, we appreciated the friendly staff.

    Unexpected pet odor surprise

    The friendly staff made check-in easy, and the suite's layout allowed us to spread out comfortably. The proximity to Binghamton University was a plus.

    Unfortunately, the first room we were shown had a strong odor of dog urine on the carpet, made our experience less pleasant than expected.

    The suite was perfect for our mini-vacation. We explored the local movie theater for some entertainment and enjoyed an evening listening to the Binghamton Philharmonic at the Forum Theatre.
